Poema 133

I usually undress in my own clothes
By letting people know my history
I'm not worried that I may be exposed
Because I found relief in sharing memories
---
I hardly discovered that I'm not any of the traumas
I know now I'm bigger than the pain
And even though sometimes I fell in a coma
I'm aware of the essence that still remains
---
It's not a problem to walk with fear
It's terrible not to walk at all
I know I've been stumbling through the years
But at least my feet have always touched the ground
